We want you to be satisfied with every experience of purchasing items from Dyma Fi. However, if you need to return your goods, please see the terms below.

Discounts
If you have a discount code, you must enter it in the relevant box when paying for your goods. Only one special offer can be used per order.

Shipping Costs and Other Services
If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because a mistake has been made by us, we will refund any shipping costs you had to pay to return the item. In any other case, you will be responsible for the costs of any other services provided to you in relation to the goods.

Returning Items
Before returning any goods, please contact Dyma Fi either by calling 07737622034 or emailing post@dyma-fi.co.uk. Clearly state the reason for the return, pack the items carefully, and return the package to the address below:

We recommend that you use a registered postal service.

If you are returning an item that is not faulty, Dyma Fi will not pay for the return shipping.

Faulty Goods
Any item can be returned within 14 days of ordering if it is faulty. We will not accept goods that have been opened unless they are faulty. We will be happy to refund any shipping or postage costs if the goods are faulty after an investigation by Dyma Fi. If faulty goods are returned, Dyma Fi will replace the product. In situations where this is not possible, we will refund the full price of the goods.

Exclusions
Dyma Fi reserves the right to make changes or improvements to any information contained on the website pages at any time without notice.
